Halva Ardeh is one of the most popular sesame products in the world and for the first time this product was produced in Iran and its production center is Ardakan city. Halva ardeh can be exported to different countries due to its excellent taste and high quality. Currently, Iran is exporting this product to countries such as Iraq, Qatar, Oman and UAE.
Halva ardeh is rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9. It can provide the body with essential fatty acids, on condition that is well processed and prepared at the right temperature and storage conditions. In addition to providing calories, these fats are also beneficial for healthy skin and hair and the growth process. Apart from the mentioned compounds such as simple sugars which are not very compatible with the body’s physiology and are not suitable, its fatty acids, vitamins and minerals in sesame are useful for the body.
